Walker Tape Great White Pro Water Based Extended Hold Adhesive - Multiple Sizes

A professional water-based adhesive for extended wear. Strong white formula that dries clear for an invisible bond.

Walker Tape Great White Pro is a professional-grade, water-based adhesive designed for wearers who want extended hold with the gentler chemistry of a water-based formula. It is a white adhesive that dries to a clear finish, giving you the visual confidence of knowing your application is even before it sets, without any visible residue once dry.

Great White Pro sits between lighter water-based adhesives and solvent-based formulas like Ultra Hold. It delivers a strong, extended-wear bond with good moisture resistance, suitable for wearers who want longer time between maintenance sessions without fully committing to a solvent-based adhesive.

Key features

Professional water-based formula - gentler on skin than solvent-based adhesives

Extended hold duration - designed for longer wear cycles

White formula dries completely clear - easy to apply evenly

Good moisture resistance - handles everyday perspiration and humidity

Compatible with lace, poly, mono, and skin base systems

       Available in multiple sizes

Great White Pro vs Great White - what is the difference

Great White Pro is the more advanced formula - enhanced for extended hold duration compared to the standard Great White. Both are white water-based adhesives that dry clear, but Great White Pro is formulated for wearers who need longer time between maintenance sessions. If you are new to white adhesives, the standard Great White is a good starting point; Great White Pro is the step up once you know the formula works for you.

Pairs well with

Walker Tape Scalp Protector - recommended before any extended-wear adhesive

Walker Tape C22 Solvent - for clean removal of water-based adhesive residue

Walker Tape Bond Breaker Shampoo - for thorough cleanup after removal

Benny's Notes

All Walker tape & Professional Hair Labs products sold by Liberty Hair Co. have been personally tried and tested by me (Benny) and with clients in my barbershops to see if they hold up to Australian conditions. FAQs

This is one of the most commonly asked questions we get! The answer is it is up to the wearer. In my experience, tape is easier for self install and removal. Glue is best for prolonged wear (3-5 weeks). I personally use tape more often than glue as I change my system frequently and prefer the freedom of doing so without a big clean up. My advice would be to try both options and decide what works best for you.

Both are water-based adhesives made by Professional Hair Labs,
but they're designed for different conditions. Supreme is the all-rounder - strong, comfortable, lower shine, great for most Australian wearers in everyday conditions.
Platinum is engineered for oily scalps, heavy sweating, and high humidity. If
you're in a tropical climate or sweat heavily, in my experience, Platinum will typically
outperform Supreme.

Yes - GhostBond as well as ultra hold glue is commonly used on lace, poly, and mono base systems. For lace systems, apply adhesive directly to the scalp only.
Many wearers use a combination glue at the hairline and tape around the perimeter of the system for the best balance of security and natural hairline appearance.

Yes - C22 is safe for all common hair system base types when used as directed. Apply it to the bond rather than soaking the system, as this can lead to the hair drying out and rinse thoroughly after the residue is removed.

A typical removal session uses 5–10ml depending on the area
covered and the type of adhesive used. The 118ml bottle gives you roughly 12–20
removal sessions; the 350ml gives you 35–70 sessions. If you're a professional
doing multiple clients, the 350ml is by far the better value.
