Walker Tape S3 Sensitive Skin Solvent Spray - 118ml

A specialist adhesive remover for sensitive scalps. Effective on glue and tape residue with a gentler solvent profile.

Walker Tape S3 Sensitive Skin Solvent is formulated specifically for hair system wearers whose scalp reacts to standard adhesive removers. Where C22 and Action are designed for maximum effectiveness, S3 is calibrated for maximum skin tolerance, a gentler solvent profile that removes adhesive and tape residue thoroughly without the irritation risk that some wearers experience with stronger formulas.

The spray format makes S3 easy to apply directly to the bond or residue area with controlled, targeted coverage. It works steadily rather than instantly — give it a little longer than you would C22, and it will do the job cleanly without stressing sensitive skin.

Formulated for sensitive scalps - minimises irritation risk

Effective on adhesive glue and tape residue

Compatible with all Walker Tape and GhostBond adhesives

Works on lace, poly, mono, and skin base systems

S3 vs C22 - which remover for sensitive skin

If you have sensitive skin but have not experienced irritation with C22, there is no need to switch - C22 is safe for most wearers when used as directed. S3 is the choice if you have had redness, itching, or discomfort with standard removers. Its gentler chemistry accepts a slightly longer contact time in exchange for a lower irritation profile. Ultra Safe Remover by Professional Hair Labs is another option in this category worth comparing.

Pairs well with

Walker Tape Sensi-Tak Tape - both designed with sensitive scalps in mind

Walker Tape Bond Breaker Shampoo - follow S3 removal with a thorough shampoo

GhostBond Scalp Protector - protect sensitive skin before the next adhesive application

Benny's Notes

All Walker tape & Professional Hair Labs products sold by Liberty Hair Co. have been personally tried and tested by me (Benny) and with clients in my barbershops to see if they hold up to Australian conditions. FAQs

This is one of the most commonly asked questions we get! The answer is it is up to the wearer. In my experience, tape is easier for self install and removal. Glue is best for prolonged wear (3-5 weeks). I personally use tape more often than glue as I change my system frequently and prefer the freedom of doing so without a big clean up. My advice would be to try both options and decide what works best for you.

Both are water-based adhesives made by Professional Hair Labs,
but they're designed for different conditions. Supreme is the all-rounder - strong, comfortable, lower shine, great for most Australian wearers in everyday conditions.
Platinum is engineered for oily scalps, heavy sweating, and high humidity. If
you're in a tropical climate or sweat heavily, in my experience, Platinum will typically
outperform Supreme.

Yes - GhostBond as well as ultra hold glue is commonly used on lace, poly, and mono base systems. For lace systems, apply adhesive directly to the scalp only.
Many wearers use a combination glue at the hairline and tape around the perimeter of the system for the best balance of security and natural hairline appearance.

Yes - C22 is safe for all common hair system base types when used as directed. Apply it to the bond rather than soaking the system, as this can lead to the hair drying out and rinse thoroughly after the residue is removed.

A typical removal session uses 5–10ml depending on the area
covered and the type of adhesive used. The 118ml bottle gives you roughly 12–20
removal sessions; the 350ml gives you 35–70 sessions. If you're a professional
doing multiple clients, the 350ml is by far the better value.
