Super Stick  Costume Tape - Multiple Sizes by Walker Tape

A maximum-strength extended-wear tape for the most demanding bond requirements. For experienced wearers who need the tape to hold no matter what.

Super Stick is Walker Tape's maximum-strength tape, a high-tack, extended-wear option for wearers who have worked through other tapes and need something stronger. It is designed for situations where hold strength is the absolute priority: active lifestyles, demanding work environments, or wearers whose scalp chemistry tends to break down adhesives faster than average.

Super Stick delivers up to 2–4 weeks of hold in appropriate conditions, with a firm, aggressive tack that grips and stays. Removal requires a proper solvent like C22 or Rapid Release and should never be rushed. As with all maximum-strength tapes, it performs best when the scalp is prepared with a scalp protector beforehand.

Key features

Maximum-strength tape - highest tack in the Walker Tape tape range

Extended wear - up to 2–4 weeks in suitable conditions

Holds through demanding physical activity and daily wear

Works on poly and skin base hair systems

Available in multiple sizes and formats

Who should use Super Stick

Super Stick is for experienced wearers who know their removal routine well and have found that other tapes do not hold long enough for their lifestyle. If you are new to extended-wear tapes, start with Extenda-Bond Plus or Ultra Hold Tape before moving to Super Stick — the removal process requires proper technique and tools that take time to develop.

Pairs well with

Walker Tape Rapid Release - fastest removal for high-tack tapes

Walker Tape C22 Solvent - for thorough residue cleanup after removal

Walker Tape Scalp Protector or Max Hold Sport - important prep before Super Stick

Benny's Notes

All Walker tape & Professional Hair Labs products sold by Liberty Hair Co. have been personally tried and tested by me (Benny) and with clients in my barbershops to see if they hold up to Australian conditions. FAQs

This is one of the most commonly asked questions we get! The answer is it is up to the wearer. In my experience, tape is easier for self install and removal. Glue is best for prolonged wear (3-5 weeks). I personally use tape more often than glue as I change my system frequently and prefer the freedom of doing so without a big clean up. My advice would be to try both options and decide what works best for you.

Both are water-based adhesives made by Professional Hair Labs,
but they're designed for different conditions. Supreme is the all-rounder - strong, comfortable, lower shine, great for most Australian wearers in everyday conditions.
Platinum is engineered for oily scalps, heavy sweating, and high humidity. If
you're in a tropical climate or sweat heavily, in my experience, Platinum will typically
outperform Supreme.

Yes - GhostBond as well as ultra hold glue is commonly used on lace, poly, and mono base systems. For lace systems, apply adhesive directly to the scalp only.
Many wearers use a combination glue at the hairline and tape around the perimeter of the system for the best balance of security and natural hairline appearance.

Yes - C22 is safe for all common hair system base types when used as directed. Apply it to the bond rather than soaking the system, as this can lead to the hair drying out and rinse thoroughly after the residue is removed.

A typical removal session uses 5–10ml depending on the area
covered and the type of adhesive used. The 118ml bottle gives you roughly 12–20
removal sessions; the 350ml gives you 35–70 sessions. If you're a professional
doing multiple clients, the 350ml is by far the better value.
